The City of Roseville will hold an election on November 3, 2020.  This is the first election by newly formed districts and at this election, City of Roseville voters will elect three City Council members, one each from Districts 1, 3, and 5.

In 2019, the City of Roseville approved a resolution establishing a nine-member Charter Review Commission to the review the charter in order to make recommendations to the City Council on proposed amendments for placement on the November 3, 2020 General Municipal ballot. Over a 13-month period, the Charter Review Commission reviewed the charter to determine whether the document will adequately serve the community over the upcoming 10 years.  Changes to the Charter, as well as a few other issues, will be decided based on voter decisions at the ballot on Measures J through R.
